Onward! The survivorship journey offers programs for current patients and cancer survivors designed to provide tools that may reduce tension, anxiety, anger or fatigue and promote a healthy overall well-being.
We will help you understand the survivorship program and provide you the survivor kit. Survivorship kid includes a water bottle, sponge ball, resistance band and more. Must be registered to receive the kit.
Our survivorship program meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM.
Exercise classes for cancer patients and caregivers
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates classes are designed based on the physical conditioning principles and techniques of Joseph H. Pilates. Pilates aims to improve posture and muscle tone, strengthen core muscles and lengthen and decompress the spine. Mat Pilates are held every Wednesday from 6:15 - 7:00 PM.

Survivor Gals Cancer Boutique is a special boutique available to help you look and feel your best during your cancer treatment. Survivor Gals offers products and services that minimize the effects of cancer therapy.
A certified fitter is available to help meet your needs. Call to schedule an appointment for a one-on-one experience.
